the 21z HRR on NCEP is significantly more west with precip shield than the 20z

Bottom line people. That deformation band is going to sit over an area for an extended time where it pivots and when the storm stalls. If you are lucky enough to be under it, it's the difference between 18" and 30+"

Something tells me that this will be the one storm that everyone is going to downplay, including the models and it will end up a huge positive bust.
