The torch year of, what was is? 2012? Was it this miserable snow-wise? I feel like it was much, much warmer that winter, but I also feel like I've never felt this snow starved in my life. I'm 34, so I've lived through the big ones and have had some bad years, but this season just feels exceptionally bad.

I went all-in and lost. I'm punting.

For whatever reason this upcoming storm has a Christmas 2002 feel to it, but that may be me just dreaming.
.It's because I went all-in on the second hand. To make matters worse, I went all-in just after the flop. I'm willing this one into existence like that time the blonde with the fat jugs on Reno 911 willed her way into winning at the lotto.
The only problem was: literally hundreds of thousands also won.

Dammit. This is the second hand of the game, and I haven't even had to put in a blind, but it's time. I'm going all-in.

Every single one of them needs to call the number on the back of the card. 1-800-GAMBLER.

I'm pretty sure it's raining.

I am in Mount Union currently. Roads have caved. Moderately coming down. If it stays at this clip for a few more hours, the advisory will verify

and full disclosure, while hugging the crap out of above, I think OTG totals are generally divisble by 2 as sleet and ZR will keep totals knocked down.
Now time to pay attention to Mesos and hone in on 700 and below levels to see how they are initializing vs actual. Thats gonna pave the path to frozen. Also watch for CAD structure east of mtns and below MD line as we near go time. If my hunch is right you see a southern push to critical layers which is my path to victory. CAD erodes too quickly.....well you know how that goes.
Will my battleship cruise into port with bands playin.....or get sunk from SS Submarine?
You're full of German fun today, aren't ya?

The dry slot, I'm okay with. I have plans in Altoona tomorrow night for the McGregor fight and would really not have to cancel that, so if we can squeeze some accumulation out in the morning and shut it down after that, I would be quite alright with that.

This thread is getting difficult to read at the moment with the BS interspersed with the storm posts and analysis...
I apologise for that.

The hell happened on here last night? I woke up to a notification and a message from Flathead that I have no idea what it means.

For the love of God...
Just overheard a conversation on the other side of the office. Dude is telling a couple of coworkers that we're getting 5-8" of snow Saturday. One of the women asks the dude where he gets his weather info, to which he replies "S&S Stormchasing on Facebook...those guys seem to be the best."
Ugh.
I marched my fat a** right on over and set 'em straight.
I thought the day we ruined them on PennLive.com was the last we would have heard of them.

I'm just going to say: If JNS was able to crank that out at the ER, then whatever was wrong (I will assume for the sake of the joke that JNS was the patient) could've waited, and another fine example of people using the emergency room as a primary care physician has been exhibited. That was a really, really good read.
