Often, no matter what weather server I choose on my phone, the daily precipitation probability is lower than several hourly ones. For example, right now, on Foreca, the "daily precipitation probability" is 10% for my location. But the "hourly precipitation probability" is 21% at 6 PM, 18% at 7 PM, 16% at 8 PM and 11% at 9 PM. That seems like a statistical impossibility. The daily should always be at least equal to any given hourly. Can you explain this? Thanks in advance.
