Now this would be nice. Reminds me of when I was in college in 2000 at PC in Clinton - nearly a foot of snow out of nowhere, tiny little bullseye right over Laurens County of all places. Power out and trees snapping all through the night. It was a great time to be a college senior. Of course, this was in January but ... it could still happen... magnificent March? 

So... since winter is done, I’m thinking of planning a nice spring getaway for the family . Suggestions for a place, pretty rural,  maybe we haven’t been before, where we could see lots of spring blooms, especially azaleas, but still have some nice cool mornings?  Prefer to stay within about three hours of Greenville SC... otherwise I’d just go back to my hometown of Thomasville GA. ❤️

Finally snow in Simpsonville. Hear kids out playing in it at 10:50 pm. Tried to wake my two up but they’re not having it 

The live feed from Traveler’s Rest on WYFF... I don’t think I’ve ever seen snow like that in my life. 

Nothing better than a reverse bust to me. I love seeing that the NWS forecast for Gainesville is still rain w/some sleet possibly mixing, but they hit their projected low by 7 pm and have been “light snow” for the past hour and their traffic cams show white.

She’s in Good Hope, close to Monroe. Didn’t think many would know Good Hope!

Wintry mix as far south as just west of Athens in Walton County, according to a friend.

Here in Simpsonville, it was bright with not a cloud in the sky less than an hour ago. Cloud cover has already rolled in, though! 

GSP forecast discussion this am mentions “warm nose” three times... So skim past that all three times and focus on the part that mentions “possible accums even in the upstate”
