The storm already paid off for me before one flake dropped. I am betting minimum 6 inches as long as the change over to sleet doesn't happen quickly. 

Its been around 24/25 and on and off freezing rain combined with sleet north of Winchester. 

Freezing rain and 31 degrees in Clear Brook VA at the WV/VA border direct north of Winchester.

I have out my snow boots on hand for tomorrow. I am going to go with 20 inches for my neck of the woods slightly north of Winchester.
