Weather station in the shade is at 98 degrees with 75 degree dew point making it feel like 111. I can tell you this is the hottest I’ve ever felt in my life anywhere
I never was as far south as you but i have been to the DC area in the summer. In 2006 had 97/69 at the Baltimore Washington Airpoet and I always thought that would be hotter than I would get here in Buffalo...Today i had 94 with a DP near 80 iwhich produces a higher heat index than the 97 I had in Baltimore...
