You should check out Severe Weather Europe on Facebook. They've had some great videos from the recent arctic outbreak/snow.

You couldn't pay me to live in Elmira. They're at 24 inches for the season. Average is 37.9. At least on the coast you'll eventually get hit.

The coming week still looks like it could be interesting for some.

15.4" here. Lost power around 2:30. Not expecting it back before midnight. My lilac bushes are just about destroyed. Best storm here since 2003.
