Upton just cut my totals (located in Wayne, right on the border of Oakland & Franklin Lakes) for Saturday Night from this morning..went from 3-7 inches to now 2-4 inches.

We just had some wild weather roll through Wayne, up near the Oakland/Franklin Lakes border. Torrential downpour, consistent thunder & lightning, and even some hail for about 15-20 mins.

Lightening hit a tree down the street and shattered the top half of it. Sent wood chunks flying everywhere. It was the loudest thing I've ever heard, my ears are still slightly ringing.
Snow Friday 1/19/24: is it a period of light snow (less than 2"), or is there a chance of a 5" swath in part of the NYC subforum? Event OBS.
