It just wants to snow still here north of HPN.  I've had light snow for at least an hour.  Nothing to add to the stake but it's good mood flakes.

Looking forward to mid-month.

Yup hasn't stopped here yet either. It's coming down nicely again now :snowing: Unfortunately it has been above 32 since about 10am so it didn't add to the total but has almost kept up with the melt from underneath.

You don’t have to go that far north the snow line is right around Yonkers. It’s been snowing in Hastings all day.

Not by much but nyc didn’t end up with more then Boston…crazy considering what was forecasted 72 hours in advance

The dry air initially killed it for Boston then it became too warm for snow when the precip did move in. They’ll likely make up for it in the Fri/Sat event. Central Park never really got down to freezing and also likely mixed with some sleet so part of the snow didn’t accumulate.

Yup. Better airmass nyc probably gets to 3-4.

19/20 is a good example of how a colder air mass in place is so important.

Arctic air mass in place and similar track. Low to buffalo and CPK still received 4.5 inches with the same track.
