...INTENSE LAKE EFFECT SNOW DRIFTING NORTH...

An intense band of lake effect snow off Lake Erie with 2 to 3 inch
per hour snowfall rates is drifting gradually north. The heaviest
snow at mid evening is focused from the Chautauqua County shoreline
to the Boston Hills, Buffalo Southtowns, Wyoming, and far southern
Genesee County.

This band will continue to drift slowly north through late evening,
with quickly deteriorating travel conditions in the City of Buffalo
and eastern suburbs.

This includes Interstate 90 between exits 52A and 61.

Travel conditions are nearly impossible in the hardest hit areas of
the Buffalo Southtowns with very deep snow cover on roads and
numerous stuck vehicles. Do not attempt to travel in the strongest
portion of this band of lake effect snow.

Tell you what…they know how to party in Buffalo.

Once you experience that, how can you even get out of bed for less than 3 feet?  Psssht.  Mt. Rainer is like (spits out some beer.)

Someone will get my seasonal normal 2x from this….today.  And 3x by tomorrow.

You try to make a snow angel in that and they will never find your body.
