after years of keeping my eyes peeled, finally found the holy grail of childhood weenie footage.  At some point will convert to digital

Where was it filmed?  Did you find it on eBay?

Anyway, good work, now find us some footage of the May 77 interior snow storm.  I've never been able to find all that much information or photos of it.

All over Falmouth, MA.  Basically the entire town.  My mom, sister and I.  Father was in Kuwait

Yeah May 77 would be interesting, I haven't seen any vid from that

I would concede that areas like Boston/Metrowest will see declines muted--probably not denied.    What we are beginning to already is longer times on market, sales taking place below asking and other concessions that sellers may make.   That said, it might be worth while hanging on for the GC prices to drop (further and faster than where you to maximize your profit.

2 cents from the peanut gallery.

As bad as home prices cratered in most of Mass they held steady in the Greater Boston Area back in 2005-2008 so I agree and would expect the same thing to happen again. The city has it's own market.

Pea sized hail

Wow, I didn’t even know they were thunderstorms in the area today.  Radar loop looks like everything missed us to the west and to the east.
