They don't seem that impressed..

This is counting some that has already fallen..

Some lake effect expected overnight though..

Lake snows will pick up late this afternoon into evening with the
most concentrated snow southeast of Lake Ontario between Orleans and
Oswego counties. An additional 2-4 inches are possible tonight. Dry
air will lowering inversion heights will limit lake snows east of
Lake Erie however 1-2 inches are possible through tonight. Lake
snows will diminish east of Lake Erie by Saturday morning. Lake
snows southeast of Lake Ontario will retreat towards the Lake

This event should take Fulton over 100" on the year(ts forecast) and Mexico COOP is approaching 110".. Still a bit below average but better than most of us in Oswego county lol

I've noticed that this year as well. The common wind direction has been WNW over Ontario. Every year there is a jackpot location depending on predominant wind direction for the year.

Start a tropical page with people who actually care like@Syrmax and @BuffaloWeather.

:P  I hope you're having a wonderful time in your tropical paradise. :)

Lol thanks. It’s been sunny until today but it looks like rain until I leave Sunday.

Back home it looks like at the very least I got enough snow to prevent muddy paws.

Finished with 3 inches of crusty heavy concrete here.

Currently 37° with breaks of sun and very windy.

Plowed 4 driveways in the neighborhood including my own.

I have to admit...and you warministas will love this...when I went to Orlando during winter break a few years ago, I actually enjoyed the weather. Low to mid 80s, LOWER sun angle, and extremely low dewpoints made for very pleasant days. It's incredible how much the summer sun influences the intensity of summer heat.

You don't need headlines for 1-3" of snow, its upstate new york.

That's not what I was referring to at all. It was lighthearted joking about how at the end of these events precip. winds down and it looks like it's done and headlines are dropped. Then, all of a sudden, we get some more that forms. I was not saying headlines are necessary.

The warning/advisories covered the 4-7” that occurred. The radar fluff that is falling doesn’t require a winter weather headline. We’ve become way too soft here if you think there should be one. We really need a real winter here.

Most nws offices keep headlines up until snow ends. Thats the point its still the same system causing snow.

He’s also jokingly (I think) saying that the dropping of the headlines triggers snow to start falling again.

Yes sir its an 2020 X758 4x4 Diesel with differential lock and heavy duty all purpose (hdap) tires. It's a lawn tractor on steroids. Plowed the 3" of concrete with no issues and I didn't even install the 250lbs of weights to it. No chains required either.

I got the 54" plow and added the 9" wing extensions to it for 72" width. Also got the 54" snowblower attachment for deeper snows.

Got it last April and have been very pleased. Would definitely recommend.
