That said - I had very low expectations coming into this winter. I fully expected this to be a bottom 10 in my lifetime, if not bottom 5. Given what I thought were realistic expectations, I'd honestly rate this winter as a C. We've had a lot of cold with some snow. I'm at 12.1" for the season. I've done worse. We still have a fair amount of patches and piles around but overall, yeah, not great. Side note, all other things being equal, I've found over the years that urban environments have a much harder time hanging onto their snow packs, for a multitude of reasons.
