Upstate/Eastern New York-Pattern Change Vs Tughill Curse?

The band looks like it sank south a bit faster than the NWS was expecting. They mentioned it hanging up in Central Jefferson county...but it's looking more like southern Jefferson and Northern Lewis counties.

With it extending inland pretty well, I could see this being a @tombo82685opportunity to get several inches.

Just flurries here as western part of band curls up to the north missing me. Btw euro owned the RGEM in this event as it placed this further south like where it’s at now

Few flurries here on the southern edge of the band..

SWS issued for said band..

...A BAND OF HEAVY SNOW WILL AFFECT PARTS OF JEFFERSON...OSWEGO...AND
LEWIS COUNTIES...

HAZARDS...A band of heavy lake effect snow.

LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...A band of heavy lake effect snow will
continue this morning east of Lake Ontario, across southern
Jefferson and far northern Oswego counties, extending inland across
the Tug Hill in western Lewis County. This band of snow will
continue to drift slowly south through mid morning. Snowfall rates
of 2 to 3 inches per hour are likely in this band.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
Carthage, Lowville, Pulaski, Adams, Adams Center, Barnes Corners,
Highmarket, Richland, Denmark, New Bremen, Watson, Martinsburg,
Henderson, and Rodman.
