I just walked the dog and ice is showing up on the cars and part of my side street is icing over. I almost fell. You can feel the cold wind. It's here. Not one car out in the neighborhood. If you throw an ice cube into a cup of ice water and put it back into the fridge it will take forever for it to melt. Same thing here.
