AWT. Modify to AN still

Additionally, with ECMWF indicating upper low opening up and lifting well to the NW into eastern Canada, airmass behind the fropa will be modified so not expecting a significant cooling trend into next weekend.

So you're backing away from your neverending summer into October call?

I know Mike likes to wait for a warm run before he comes in here to troll, but it is funny since there's only like 2 or 3 people in here that actually want it cold this time of year.

if september were running -3 right now you'd all be talking nonstop about it

Not at all . 70’s to hear 80 is summer in late September is it not? Where is the cold shot, the frosts and freezes that were being forecast?

Finally ...we see a W/SW heat release signal...

There's some kind of enabling god that is protecting SNE American WX Forum winter zealotry from experiencing those lobes on the Solstice -

It's really rather remarkable how dependable that is -

Hey...no one said get out the freeze warnings. Single digit 850s start to become normal to slightly AN as we get into October up here. But it's a far cry from the OP driving +18C into MI at d10.

you wouldn't see that on an ens mean at day 10 anyway

There was a ton of apple cider, frost and freezes , flannels , back breakers posts . Every single cool Shot modifies this month. That’s all we were saying . Not 80’s and 90’s. Just a continued AN pattern
