Given the dire predictions about a week or more of 50s and an east wind - have been pleasantly surprised to note the temps in the 10-day have remained forecast in the 60s instead. Would be quite pleased with that outcome.

We may be ok thru the weekend and into early next week but after that IDK....Thurs and fri next week is looking chilly and blah to me right now

That’s a few days. That isn’t days and days on end like some of the modeling was showing.

Yeah but just saying. Hopefully it doesn’t happen but could be a situation where it’s just delayed. Some of the modeling now has it fairly chilly and below normal starting Thursday and heading into that following week. Of course though, the deeper we get into April the more unlikely it becomes to have highs only in the 50s even with winter like thicknesses and 850s

It isn’t hard to see what “weather” most here are interested in. The mid Jan to mid Feb long range thread had half a million views. This one has 5000

Maybe when it stops being cold and boring it will pick up. Some warmth and some storm chances in the long range have been lacking up til now.

fairly typical for this time of the year. the weather is boring. many leave after winter and only pop back up when there are storms or a hurricane. i def don't check here as often when the weather is boring.
