The ensembles show a reasonably wide range of solutions. This is far to one side of average likelihood... but still not quite the best case scenario. 

got to wonder when the last time was we had a 36 hour storm of any type.

yeah he's definitely not a "regular working guy" and can afford to lose a few (billion).

as for this snowstorm is concerned, we definitely dont seem to have a margin of error anywhere near as large.
