Flash flood warning living up to its name in Talbot County current list of roads closed (mostly around Easton area):

* 8889 Black Dog Aly (Closed)
* Brooks Dr Between Marlboro Ave and Glebe Rd (Closed)
* Dover St between Higgins St and East Ave (Closed)
* 27692 Glebe Rd (300-400 yards of flooded roadway)
* Kemp Ln between Dover Rd & South St (Impassable)
* Mulberry Dr in the area of Ocean Gtwy (Impassable)
* Talbot St / S. Harrison St (Closed)
* Hailem School Rd in the area of Goldsborough Neck
* Matthewstown Rd East of Black Dog Aly (High water, still passable)
* Glebe Rd (Most of entire road has spots of flooding)
* White Marsh RD between Sanderstown & Almshouse (closed)
* Cordova Rd @ Klondike Rd (closed)
* Dover Neck Rd @ Chilcutt Rd
* Goldsborough Neck @ Villa Rd (impassable)

The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southwestern Kent County in central Delaware...
  Northeastern Queen Anne`s County in northeastern Maryland...
  Northeastern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...
  Northeastern Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 900 AM EDT.

* At 826 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Sandtown, or 14 miles southwest of Dover, moving
  northwest at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Millington, Sudlersville, Goldsboro, Morgnec, Massey, Crumpton,
  Sandtown, Kennedyville, Galena, Henderson, Marydel, Templeville and
  Barclay.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

Skies have cleared out this way, really just thundershowers overall. BUT, everyone east...do be careful and pay attention to the sky!! AND keep a radio/TV/phone on for warnings.

Oh that’s right I live in a place with actual good hydro data. Sorry I’m used to these decisions being made based on rainfall rates alone. I wouldn’t be shocked if we see fast rises soon though. I’ve had FFWs here with less rain than this.

Doubtful. Back end moving through quick and the 1hr FFG hasn't been hit yet west of 95.

Wouldn't surprise me in Harford and far eastern Baltimore County get a TOR if that cell over the upper bay rotates far enough west.

No just an absolute river on my street in Takoma Park.  Not sure if it meets the actual criteria.

kind of surprised LWX hasn't issued a tor on that rotation over the bay heading towards the Dundalk area
