Impressive heat today.  TAN even rebounded back up to 99F after dropping to 93 in the clouds.

This was after the drop.

Elevated valley (Green River)  within the valley (Ct River).  My area is notorious radiator spot in the winter.
Be interested to know what Ray’s temperatures have been like but probably similar to yours.

I wonder how many days >90 een or bra has had in comparison to you. Methuen has been a tad warmer than here at times.

Really glad I am not in Randolph right now.

"Only" 80 degrees today but has been over 70 the last two nights.

The observer up the road left a note that he hasn't seen that in the 20 years he's been doing the obs.

Can't handle that without AC.

It's about a million degrees here in DE but at least I have AC. This damned planet is out of control.

Two nights ago was next level hot from here to you to PWM.  The clouds and storms seemed to keep temps real high... when it’s 75-82 at like 1-2am at SLK, MVL, MPV, BML, HIE, etc.  Those are normal afternoon max temps, lol.

I wouldn’t have made it without AC.  But I’m one more summer like 2018 and this summer away from dropping like 7-10k into central AC, lol.  A buddy of mine had twins this spring so he did spend 10K for A/C in early June for the kids... and I was like no f’in way.  Now I think he’s a genius.

I thought I was mistaken with my 5.5” since June 28 but local wunderground station at the community college down the street is 6.4”
We wet here, complete opposite of June.

We were close to 7" last month, but surprisingly it did little for the lawn. Still a wasteland

You and I probably both have soil problems. It doesn’t really matter if it’s wet or dry my lawn is tough to maintain. Crabgrass looks fantastic right now though.  Bright green!

A few spritzes here but other than that, nada. Another steambath today of 98! Amazing how difficult it is to do much of anything once the wind stops. I liken this environment to a giant sauna! Glad I could get to the beach yesterday but man, even there, it was hard to find much relief..gonna pour me a nice glass of lemonade to cool the bod down after walking the little yipper hah
