No word from PECO when power will be restored, but I’m thinking several days. Two large trees are down on my property and the wires are under one of them.

Fortunately no damage to the house. Amazing how localized events like this are—the other end of my neighborhood looks completely untouched.

In my experience when there are widespread outages, the smaller the group of customers affected by an issue the longer it takes. More bang for the buck in many ways to prioritize a problem that affects 1000 customers vs one that affects 100. Good luck!

This is a noisy storm.  Popped outside and am hearing continual thunder and seeing some lightning flashes.  The other one had a couple rumbles of thunder but this one is "blabby".  Temp is down to 80.

Very windy here, no close rumbles though (yet).

Saw some on the backside too.  Trees down all over south of phoenixville, east of kimberton.  A lot of cleanup to be done, that was the most intense storm I've seen in at least 10-15 years here.  I remember one in the mid 2000s that took a bunch of trees and we didnt have power for 5 days.  Hoping we get ours back sooner than that.

Will post some pics/video

Tornado Warning in eastern Delco area.

I think the worst of it shapeshifted past here. Been seeing lightning off to the west (going south of here) for a while now, one of those nice evenings with thunder and lightning off in the distance for an extended period.

Finally a day with really good storms.  Was able to photograph some epic looking storms during the day and now I'm on my way back from the Delaware Bay where I was able to get some night lightning shots (and some mosquito bites) of a distant (20 miles) storm.  Feels like it's been forever.
