THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHICAGO HAS ISSUED A  
  
* TORNADO WARNING FOR...  
  NORTHEASTERN OGLE COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...  
  SOUTHEASTERN WINNEBAGO COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...  
  
* UNTIL 945 PM CDT.  
      
* AT 919 PM CDT, A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO  
  WAS LOCATED NEAR BYRON, OR NEAR OREGON, MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.  
  
  HAZARD...TORNADO.  
  
  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION. THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF   
           PRODUCING TORNADOES!

EDIT: rotation seems to have weakened in the last frame or so.

Hopefully it’s not simply cycling. If it drops another one it may be right in the metro
