this is a truly impressive amount of rain here.  i have no doubt that some of the nearby gauges in bethesda will read 2"+ by tomorrow.  i could see rising cloud tops this afternoon which made me think this could be the start of a line of storms, but didn't expect them to produce like this.  not much wind, but there has been some lightning/thunder.

The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northeastern Queen Anne`s County in northeastern Maryland...
  North central Caroline County in eastern Maryland...
  Central Kent County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 800 PM EDT.

* At 722 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Old Town, or 8 miles north of Centerville, moving
  southeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

Raining hard now barometer back up wind still 18 miles an hour guaranteeing I I will have to mow

Rain has swung around now coming from the East

Think everything is all over rained hard temp down 20 degrees
