Actually, it is expected to intensify after it passes HSE as it heads toward Nova Scotia.  The 0z NAM had the pressure dropping around 18 mb as it passes well SE of the Cape.

South side of the storm looks like it's falling apart on IR satellite. I think Dorian's gonna be living that cat 1 life from here on out.

Some of us are just nuts and after 3 or 4 days of staying up late, nodding off, a dog wakes you up, can't resist checking it, it dropped 10mb's, try and figure out why, nod off, alarm goes off, check again, realize youve only had 3 hours sleep it's Labor day weekend who cares, wash rinse repeat until the first day of work, dragging ass all day with sat loop hangover, and realize yeah gotta sleep sometime.  It's 11:30 right now?  Damn dog:weenie:

Doesn't seem to be moving anymore again. Pretty much sitting over the same spot the past few hours.

I swear this thing has only moved 10 miles in the past five days. :arrowhead: Why can't snowstorms do that?

I think the eye has expanded a bit giving it that look. Seems to be moving at 8 mph. I may be wrong.

It's supposedly been moving at 8 mph since about 2 am (when it sped up).  It has crawled up the FL coast and away from the Bahamas although the size has expanded so it looks like it isn't moving.

ETA MW 24 hr loop (I believe midnight to midnight).
