Producing some big hail and ahead of most of the activity so in a good environment. If it turns right it would head straight towards the Philly metro area. Sometimes when you have broad rotation they will wait to issue the warning until the couplet shows signs of tightening or the radar gives other indications that a tornado might be forming.
