I hope Wxtrix gets the 9 inches of snow indicated above. It can still snow and accumulate up there in April. Charles Town, West Virginia is kind of like upstate New York.

Winter never really ends for Maine..it just morphs into a relax period for couple months where it might snow...then it snows again

Just since I’m in Denver this week for the Craft Brewers Conference....I get this: OMG

Winter Storm Watch

Expires 12:00 PM MDT on April 11, 2019

Statement as of 4:37 am MDT on April 9, 2019

... Winter Storm Watch in effect from Wednesday afternoon through
Thursday morning...

* what... heavy snow and blowing snow possible. Total snow
accumulations of 4 to 6 inches possible. Winds could gust as
high as 50 mph.

* Where... Fort Collins, Boulder and the western suburbs of
Denver, Denver and Greeley.

* When... from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning.

* Additional details... travel could become very difficult. Areas
of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The
hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening
commutes. Road closures could limit travel options by
Wednesday night. Strong winds could cause tree damage and
power outages.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Watch means there is potential for significant
snow, sleet or ice accumulations that may impact travel. Continue
to monitor the latest forecasts.

It’s actually a joke that the NWS even has that publically available...what a mess.

Well, when Yellow Stone goes it will forecast 7, 788, 789, 657 inches of snow. ( give or take 100, 000 inches )     No model is perfect  LOL
