March 8th Light Snow

Most here understand its rate dependent, especially this time of year.  The debate on this event was centered on "light snow" as it was modeled, hence the title of the thread.

I've only had light snow and it's sticking to everything except pavement.

Grass and mulch turning white here in Derwood.  Enjoying it - may be my last obs post of the season.

Nice! My mom grew up in Derwood, nice little area.

It snowed lightly here from 11 to 2 with nothing but wet ground.  When moderate rates arrived mulch, then grass whitened.

I hope the myopic sun angle crew finally learns something today so they can stfu and stop looking dumb every year

It’s is an incredibly persistent batch of horseshit. 8 hours before onset we had 35/15 and 8 hours before Sunday we had 35/32 and the melancholy I’m out pouts treat it as the same

What was a nice, light snow has now turned to more of a white rain type snow. No accumulation here, even on my deck. Just wet.

Can I run the toy on the grass?

Why not.  Might as well prep for seed.  Dropped the Jeep in 4 auto.  Did I need to? Negative.  Makes me feel special.

It's wet and not sticking to anything up here. So...sun angle for the mother ****ing win.

You and EastCoastNPZ should be married. You would be sooooo happy together.

Should I make up obs?

There's a foot of snow here. It's sticking everywhere at 36 degrees. This is perfect weather and way better than 61 and sunny.
