eh---snow maps went  down  by 4 inches but whose counting

Looks like it lost the mega band that 12z had.  Semantics! lol  General idea is the same though.  1-3 with loli's to 4 for the favored areas.

This is we will do the normal switch-a-roo now with the NAM. The 3k is a decent slash on precip vs 12z and previous runs, same with the 12k. The precip was cut back by .3-.4" overall.

Now the euro comes up with .2-.3 in the region and they are all within reach of each other. If you want any chance at 3-4" you'd like the NAM to have a bunch of runs like 12z going into tomorrow night.

It looks ok for tomorrow night Baltimore north. But I really don’t like how it looks at the end. Looks like it wants to cut even further NW.

Yeah, true. It can stay like that for my taste. Perfect for MBY

Congrats to the NAM twins ( if correct )

I liked that GEFS snowfall map you posted in the long range thread, :santa:  very weenie !

4am panel on NAM sure is impressive. It’s basically advertising a couple inches in just a couple hours

Sure like the distribution of snowfall, maybe might even be able to add another inch , at this point I like the consistency of the NAM and the Euro.

remember the old EE rule, back in the day ?
