I read it as - Looks like NWS PHL has gone with a high wind warning for Sunday PM and Monday most of the day for western Chester, Montgomery and Bucks on n and w.  Eastern zones of the same counties remain in a high wind watch. Based on the afternoon discussion it appears they will evaluate those areas for a possible change later today.

Of course it rains for the Flyer's stadium series game in February, must be miserable sitting for two and a half hours in 40 degree rain.   I guess we'll have to see how iceman says it went.  Would have been sweet if it were snow.

Edit: actually I'm jealous, that was an awesome game.

Currently 41 here (temp has been rising overnight) with steady light rain (0.34" at post time).  Received 0.04" yesterday.  Winds have generally been out of the E/NE, so getting some of that ocean influence.

High Wind Warning now in effect here from this afternoon thru tomorrow afternoon for gusts up to 60 mph. Looks like the stronger winds could come in 2 bursts, as the cold front passes through early this evening with gusts up to 55 mph then winds may slack off slightly but remain very strong overnight gusting to 45 mph then ramp back up Monday morning with gusts to 60 mph.

Based on radar estimates this must be the first under performing rain storm since they all started last July

Weren't we forecast for 1.0-1.5inch in most of the region, a bit more to our south in DE? I probably will end with the same as JP.

I did wake up to pouring rain in the middle of the night, it made it feel like summer, and then I realized it was still February..

Lots of folks with out power in Eastern Ohio and Pittsburgh it’s coming

I was just going to check to the west online to see what was happening but you did my work...cool.

Dark, chilly, drizzly and I'm a tad bored. We need these winds to kick up to get some action going! Uprooted/down trees and branches, power outages...the whole 9 yards.
