The models have shown some increase in the thump as a boost flies in from the west, but that map may be a little aggressive.

Left Killingly for home yesterday; was 23 and 2" then a block of ice underneath, that pack is not going anywhere fast.

So here is how I see it. There is another push from s/w forcing and WAA surge this evening that Euro/RAP and some other models have. If that can come in and race against the IP line moving in, we may have a surprise.

Yea its concrete but 45 to 50 tomorrow will take a hit, lot depends on tonight and dews tomorrow.  Anyways Euro has all of this frozen from red line north. South take off .2 to 95 and .3 or .4  to the coast

Sell the >4" amounts for SNE.

Never say never, but I'm sticking with 1-3". Snowgrowth looks putrid too. Some deeper lift comes in right before the flip, but I think we'd need to hang onto snow until 07-08z to get 4-5" and I don't see it.

Might be a lot of IP too.

Based on a 700 of -2 850 -1 this is all snow unless there is a sneaky warm layer. Could be a dumbfounded situation where you are ripping snow while I sleet

I’m still going with 1-2”...then pingers then rain for my hood

Don't think you're getting straight rain. Maybe a bit of DZ early tomorrow? But 99% of the qpf will be freezing/frozen.

Yeah...should have edited that...a bit of freezing rain or drizzle after the sleet.

What’s this looking like for the Boston area/ south of Boston towards Foxboro. Will this need to be plowed or is it just a little snow that’s gonna get washed away right after

Probably 1-2 maybe 3. Followed by sleet and freezing rain. Will melt tomorrow on roads, but will need treatment prior to morning commute.
