With precipitation breaking out across western PA and western NY, I think I am obliged to begin an observations thread for the region.  Snow will break out after 11pm for western SNE, while NE MA could see snow start after 2:00 a.m.  Cape Cod through the south shore of MA could see up to or more than 7-9" of snow in bands.  This is a bigger event for the South Coast of SNE, with my YTD of 1.83" of snow.  Mostly Sunny skies, clouds over NJ which is southwest of my location, winds out of the WSW and temperature falling to 30F.

Just now, USCAPEWEATHERAF said:

I basically put the tenth of an inch for a dusting in spots, four events did that to my area.  Others -produced more than a half inch of snow.  the most snow was last week, 1.1" on Tuesday.

Where are you getting the hundredths accuracy? Why 1.83” instead of 1.8”? Snow is officially measured in tenths.
