Hello all. Thanks for all your fantastic weather insight. I enjoy reading what you all have to say.

However, in following the threads this winter, I felt compelled to create an account to make a hypothesis as a user is sending this thread off the rails similarly to another user earlier in the year (both, unfortunately, apparently are located near me)  I think snowlvr (buildthewall) is a reincarnation of a username based on the sandy thing next to the ocean.

That is all, thanks and look forward to reading your continued observations and forecasting.

Latest hrrr keeps us a snow sleet mix through 7am. On top of more snow that would be great since I could leave for Baltimore before the freezing rain. I’m sure they will treat 30 and I’m only a couple blocks, but those blocks are a narrow winding drive down my ridge. Rather do it on snow than ice. I have 4 huge bags of salt just in case. I never use the stuff but this is an exception.

I don't think the WSW will verify in Owings Mills but we'll see. I suppose the 1/4 inch of ice is most likely

We are on the bare bottom of the NW Baltimore zone so I'd agree with you.  However we probably can sneak out a storm total of 5".  I'm already at 3" storm total and my snow board is cleaned off.
