Temp down to 35 now, baby steps in the right direction I guess

There's nothing left though, I mean if you want to see it ice up before it dries out then yeah...

Agreed. Spitefully, kinda rooting for this snowless streak to continue. Hold out for something legit!

Im not sure why anyone in NYC was happy or excited about prospects here.

It has been pretty obvious for past 3 hours... in race between temps and precip...temps werent fast enough

Aint happening

Yeah pretty much.

Rain snow line looks right over Manhattan/western edge of Bx..but precip has tapered to drizzle and mist here, so it isnt worth much anymore.

Wantage Nj 8 s of High Point Probable final storm total 4.1". SB around 803A.  Might get another tenth or two overnight but am not staying up for it.  If I have anything to add, will do it in the morning. Thanks for participating in this thread. AND, watch the radar growth upstream vcnty TTN-PHL at 852P.  It's not over NYC, at least not for a skiff of snow NYC 10P-2A and even possibly 1" on cars somewhere in the 5 boroughs?  Roads mainly wet.  Max here in Wantage Nj today was 28.0. Might bounce up when the wind mixes toward midnight.   Have a good night and rooting for you NYC.

Now it's big flakes accumulating white rain. I went out and the driveway and street are a couple of tenths of slush that splashes when you step down. This stuff ought to freeze up really well in a few hours :yikes:

So much for the inch or so of snow that we were supposed to get here in northern Middlesex. Just some wet flakes. This disappointing winter continues.

Storm was over performer up here. Just measured 7 inches. Started snowing at 9am and didn't stop all day and snowed heavily for several hours this evening. 28 and light snow now.

Had a little light snow before the precipitation ended.

Picked up 0.17" of rain for the day.

It's just about over now, 1/2" of white crusted slush on everything and it's freezing up. The upside is it will be cool to look at in the morning, it's going to be sketchy but it'll look good.
