However, what little dusting that began to accumulate has melted already as temp has risen to 32.5 F. the Dewpoint is 27.5 F. I remember over the weekend that the later start for NYC was depicted by the short-range guidance, which seems to be verifying. The brief bursts of flurries early this morning were a cruel tease.
