If you load the spectrum width on LWX radar, you can see the goods are crossing into Frederick County right about now.  Seems like the real business is about 5-10 min after the light snow starts.

I just took a walk in some of the most brutal winter weather ever. Close to whiteout conditions and the snow was coming down hard. It has since lightened up. I am guessing sustained winds of 25 with gusts to 45-50? Roads all snow covered again from what has fallen and been blown on to them. I definitely got measureable out of this. But I have no idea how I am gonna measure it. My snowboard is completely clear from the wind.

Yup. Looks like FDK will be under the gun, as well as the rest of the Rt 15 corridor shortly. Post frontal environment looks like it's mixing winds down into the 30's for gusts. Not bad. LWX did a great job handling this
