Too much of this system hinges on the northern stream shortwave which origininates in no mans land. To my mind this is either a non-event or a big event—nothing in between—with odds favoring the *former*. Interestingly the GEFs spread has been slowly inching west over the last six cycles, but...weakening the system as it comes. It may be data sparseness ...
