3.5” -SN, 27.5°F

I think I might not break 30*--it's 9* warmer at the end of the penisua (s).  It might make a push north still.  If it does, it'll be short-lived, but with the wind already to the north, I doubt it.

I think you'll pick up double what I do during the day.    Wind's really beginning to rip; back into better flakes and intensity.

27*

There was a lot less near the water so literally 1 degree was all it took. Ironically the one place I busted was my own house lol.

It’s funny.... once I got within a mile of the water at work in Duxbury.... no snow... not even a trace. Across town there was a couple inches of slop.

Guess that’s the way it goes early in the season

Will Pete ever come back to this forum?  Or does he have some stupid banned for life thing here?

It might be a mutual exile.

It will be close along the coast but certainly along 84 on northward.

I'd say Litchefield County has a shut--like Kevin said.

@The 4 Seasons 9” total Southbury CT USA

Ended up with 6.5 here in Easton.

Great event even for CT coast for this time of year.

I hate it when people report a snow total to NWS before it stops snowing and never updates it.

Its showing 6.8 in Darien but 3.8 in Norwalk. Towns right next to each other because the Norwalk reporter never updated.

Any Norwalk or Stamford people on the board? If so what did u get?

...RAIN WILL TRANSITION TO A BRIEF PERIOD OF SNOW BEFORE ENDING
THIS AFTERNOON BUT RENEWED SLIPPERY TRAVEL MAY OCCUR ACROSS

RAIN WILL TRANSITION TO A BRIEF PERIOD OF SNOW THIS MORNING ACROSS
PORTIONS OF NORTHERN CONNECTICUT AND WESTERN/CENTRAL
MASSACHUSETTS. THE SNOW MAY FALL BRIEFLY HEAVY AT TIMES AND A
QUICK ONE HALF TO TWO INCHES MAY FALL IN SOME LOCATIONS ALONG WITH
POOR VISIBILITY. ROADS THAT ARE WET MAY BECOME SNOW COVERED AND
SLIPPERY AGAIN WITH POOR VISIBILITY FOR A TIME THIS MORNING.
CONDITIONS SHOULD IMPROVE THIS AFTERNOON AS ANY ACCUMULATING SNOW
WILL PRETTY MUCH BE COMING TO AN END.
