Yeah it rained/misted all day, stopped for a few hours then rained again for a few hours at night. It's still misting and really foggy keeping everything soaked and soggy. This one wasn't about how much rain rather it was how many hours of steady, soaking precip and apparently coastal impacts were pretty significant.
