The temps were 21 over night and it snowed in the daylight, ending around 4-5 pm. It met blizzard criteria and dumped 20 in the Catskills. This doesn't look like that. I remember how cold that storm was and how it eclipsed memories of the earlier Jan storm that brought down the plane in DC. But it surely is possible to get a snowstorm of some type this weekend. Of those storms, 25 brought measurable amounts to 1 of those cities only; 8 brought measurable snowfall to 2 of those cities; and, 4 brought measurable snowfall to all three of those cities.
