Thank you for posting this don. I was curious about this information myself as in my lifetime (1990) I can remember only 2 storms with greater than 3".

Thanks Don. I remember April 19 1983, it was raining and cool, and I was amazed to see snow mixing in the early afternoon. It became all snow early evening and snowed 4"imby (Delco) overnight. I think Chester County got 8".

I think I remember this. I know it was April. I had an afternoon paper route after school. It was a rain/snow mixture leaving school and when I jumped on my "Huffy" to deliver papers around 4-5pm it was just about all snow. I cared less about working as I was enjoying the snow!
