Maybe 45-50 would be my guess?

Nice...shouldn't be too long until they reach mby.  Currently, winds still out of the SE 5-10mph here

Rain just ended here with 0.40” in the bucket.  And as soon as it stopped winds started ramping up.  Already sustained 15-25 with a couple of gusts above 40 mph.

The ground feels like a wet sponge.  I am afraid there are gonna be a lot of trees coming down by morning.

Hit Purcellville about 20 minutes ago. Winds sustained in the low 20s.. gusts well into the 30s. Awesome quick clear out with a bright moon and beautiful stars with some cumulous as the clouds departed, lit up by the moon! Got gassed up and some water in case!

Yes...clearing at my house and winds just started in earnest. Expect a quick burst, step down for a few hours, then onslaught toward dawn. Satellite looks awesome. Good luck everyone.

Low cumulus clouds scudding FAST from the WNW. You can hear the wind high up. First small gusts beginning. Those low level cumulus are just swirling around, winds up there are STRONG!!!! Skies cleared pretty fast.

It's beginning.

the satellite loop is pretty cool...

might have to navigate to the right links (2km visible loop and then sector map), but you can clearly see the edge of where the winds will start kickin' in.
