Down at the lower end (below the "a" in Phiily and the "I" in International) it's heavy snow and has been for a while, maybe the heaviest of the day right now. Cape May Ferry Terminal shows a peak of 68mph. Been snowing more or less for about 2 hrs. Temp. 35F. I must give a big thanks to Comcast!
