It has been for about the last hour or so - gonna go measure shortly. Had to dry off from the kettle fire, lol. Had the tent up but snow was blowing in towards the end. Awesome though! Just dropped to 32F here a few minutes ago. Interestingly right after it picked up, there was rain mixing in pretty good, but only for about 5 or 10 minutes, then it went back to all snow and has been coming down between moderate and heavy since.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Sunday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions. Be
  prepared for significant reductions in visibility at times. The
  snow may fall at 1 to 2 inches per hour at times in parts of the
  region, resulting in rapidly deteriorating road conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
conditions will make travel very hazardous or impossible. If you
must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food and water in your
vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for
the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.
