While I'm ready for warmth, I think the guidance is a bit too warm for the next 24 hours.  The ground is cold and wet from the snow melt so I'd bet we bust about 2 - 5 degrees too cold for today's warmth.  The downtown areas will certainly spike but I think tomorrow is the day we really get that springlike feel in the air.

70.7 currently.  NWS has my high at 72.

NAM has already busted low.  The GFS MOS is on the high side and may be unattainable (80 tomorrow at DCA).

I'm climbing fast too. 67 right now and just finished opening all the windows in the house. This is a great opportunity to get rid of the "stale stinky winter house smell". lol

Amazing what just happened at Annapolis (KNAK)  they has nearly 70 with a west wind then flipped to a wind off the bay and crashed to 52 within an hour.
