Heavy wipe out there. Snowblowed piles and random patches left, but what a beat down. Temp plummeting - down to 38.3F.

People of NNE, make sure you avoid south facing slopes and ignore the 30' diameter brown patches surrounding every tree. Just focus on the swiss cheese slush and you'll be ok.

It looks like April 10th out there. Can’t polish a turd...this sucked for all.

So what was the track of this weak low this a.m. seemed obvious about 36 hrs ago it was Not going over Se mass.

Did this cut along the interior Coastal plain.

Like BDL/ EEN/MHT?

Yea I was wrong on this. The further south track never materialized. Glad it’s over. And glad I never expected much to begin with. At least winter is back, and we have another good storm to track...

At least the heart of NNE ski country should more than be able to salvage what looked to be a disastrous MLK weekend, just 6 days ago..

Freezing rain??  The rain is over..sun is out..and will be at your house too shortly.  Wind is drying everything up as is usually the case...so the flash freeze idea goes by the way side like most every time. 

 

The flash freeze idea should be added to the Fraud five list around here..

Precip def raced out really fast. If we held onto it a bit longer I think this had potential to be pretty nasty but luckily it is drying out.

It's basically a cold front. Earlier runs had the cold sliding from the north and from the west. By yesterday it looked like a typical fropa.
