Rippin in the Kennesaw area. So beautiful. Returns back to the west scream that this one will overperform for many here northwest of Atlanta  I have to leave to go back to Macon for a final exam but may come back afterwards if there's a deform band tonight.

If you're coming this way you better bring that 850 line with 'ya !

39/36 here.

So if 850s and 925s are 0-1 but ground is 39 does it rain or snow?

Depends on your rates. Cooling the upper levels is 90% of the battle. If you can't do that then ground temps won't matter. Patiently (impatiently) waiting on this warm upper level to erode

Still snow and 33 in West Cobb. Ground temps are a funny thing. I saw many early December snows in SE Wisconsin where one week we were in the 60s raking leaves and the next shoveling 4-6. Had a funny feeling that this would be alive the event for our neck of the woods.

Getting warm before I head out for round 3 in the snow with my two oldest.
