Ice covered branches glistening in the sun from Greenfield to Athol and then some really weird breaks through Gardner - Leominster corridor. Sometimes there was no ice on trees other times trees on one side of Rt 2 were coated while trees on the other side were bare. Weird. Greenfield must have had full sun today because my high temperature was 30° but when we got home tonight most of the ice was melted off the branches. I know that it’s been mentioned that they’ve been in a funk out there but some of it looks good and some naso much. They wouldn’t have this problem if they had stayed at Stratton. The station is approximately 60' from the server. If I really need to, I can run a liw voltage line to it, if price is too much, but I would like to avoid that.
