We are 8/9, and best October since 1948 with +signal. (Indian Ocean warmth all that's missing- would likely be if La Nina were stronger) Stronger momentum is like a solid core, expansion wave, you'll see things like Global Markets rising... It clarifies that you're referring to the impacts of tidal and atmospheric changes on the rotation of the solid earth.
