  Total snow accumulations of 4 to 6 inches are expected, with
  localized amounts up to 8 inches above 5000 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of the central and southern mountains of North
  Carolina and the adjacent Foothills.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for significant reductions in
  visibility at times.

No doubt. Again, the drops are making it all the way down here with very light returns. Beef those us some more and it should start to cool all the way down for those that are above, temp wise, where they need to be.
