I don't think there's a logical way to include both rain and wind in the contest because wind departures will be wide and muddy up the results. Let's do a 2 in 1 contest with 2 winners. One for wind and one for rain. Total rainfall at the big 3 for Friday and Saturday: BWI: DCA: IAD: Tiebreaker RIC: Peak wind gust at the big 3 + Thomas Point Light for Friday and Saturday: BWI: DCA: IAD: TPL: Tiebreaker RIC: ETA: TPL only reports in knots. I'm going to use LWX daily climate data so MPH on wind. I'm also going to add Thomas Point Light because that should be the highest but TPL will be knots.
